Newbie needs to know how to get to new expansion from Reaper

I recently updated from Reaper of Souls to Rise of the Necromancer. After I finished Reaper it sent me back to the first Diablo game Act 1. I would have thought that after finishing Reaper of Souls, I would have automatically gone to Necromancer. How do I get my Crusader to the next level, Rise of the Necromancer$

Rise of the Necromancer is just DLC, rather than an expansion. It gives you the necromancer class, a couple of stash tabs, 2 character slots and some cosmetics.

The necro is one of the strongest classes in the game and has some very rewarding farming and pushing builds in it if you choose to play Adventure Mode.

Since you own Reaper of Souls, you can play Seasons. The current season is #33.

Just click on Adventure Mode now. That is the endgame content.
