Best is a Legacy of Dreams-based build for both, but at level 10, you’re not going to be able to get one since you have to be at least 70 to enter a Greater Rift to get the LoD gem (which is often the 2nd one you get, after Bane of the Powerful.)
So, basically, try to get the legendary items mentioned but you won’t be getting their full potential until you’re at “endgame.”

Just to add - there really aren’t “builds” until you’re at level 70. Before that, use whatever items/legendary gear that is best. You’ll probably change skills a lot but can keep certain ones (like corpse explosion.) I personally like to add in Skeletal Mage (the rune that drops a corpse when it expires) but hardly ever use Land of the Dead because I hate its cooldown.
