I just started playing Diablo 3 after quite some while and enjoyed it so far.
Now I wanted to complete all steps in season 34 with the crusader class.
I came across the 5th category of the journey called “Slayer” (just after Chapter IV).
I followed the description of the quest “Set me free” but wasn’t able to get the quest target. I found the following post in this forum ( Why is there no Set Dungeons for the new class armor sets? - #5 by Perusoe-1251 ) and this reply from 2019.
From my PoV the game is pretty fun to play (esp. with others). For a new player (in general; myself wasn’t playing that much back in the day and just got a season 9 entry listed in my profile) having to stumble across all this makes this game feel neglected.
I mean, the quest just isn’t working with the (newest) set. Another way to put it: I fulfilled the requirements. If you don’t intend to implement a new set dungeon (I can’t remember seeing one at all), then please remove this step from the journey or mark it as completed if the new set is worn when interacting with the quest item at the quest location (the book stand).
I just want to finish the journey categories and collect the rewards without having to search for “hints” in the forum (worst case: why these steps require an artificial/very user-unfriendly work-around, which could be fixed easily otherwise/in code).
