i have a Season Char, but no Season card in game, and when i make Shift-J it comes nothing. i play in Europ. Thank you
To be sure, did you create a new character or rebirth one of your non season characters?
I tried both, i have pictures but cant uploade them
Your profile only shows a nonseasonal Crusader. You do not have a seasonal character.

Have you tried the suggested steps in Season Journey and Achievement Bug [Solution] ?
In Europe (and elsewhere, I suspect)… the web profile hasn’t updated… it shows only Season 28 heroes as seasonal. All the Season 29 heroes show as non-season. For example, my seasonal solo barb on Europe: Boubou#1741 - Communauté - Diablo III

Profiles are not up to date.
Mine shows a WD (Altar) who doesn’t exist in season

You need to upload them to a picture-hosting website… such as imgur.com
Then you put the link to the screenshot(s) in your post; in Imgur, use “Direct Link”
Then you need to convert all your links to preformatted text by:
- highlighting the entire link and
- clicking on </> button (button #6 on the formatting bar)
Your link will show up as : https://i.imgur.com/Mdm2mRg.jpg
