Best to play or test the skill during the 1st week of PTR. If it’s overpowered, it’ll likely be nerfed during 2nd week of PTR.
My guess is Mirrorball will add one or two like always and bring the total from 20 to 21/22. But it would be hilarious if it worked the other way around by adding first then multiplying by 20.

Likely, but it wouldn’t even need that many to be super powerful. It’s been forever since it was useful but I remember Conflagrate rune refreshed itself with any other fire damage so technically you could get 60 stacks worth of damage in 3 seconds which would equate to 60x FB damage lol.
Likely not the way it works though.
Another hidden gem here is the proc coefficient. Each MM gets a proc coefficient at least that’s how it works with mirror ball.
Also, I was thinking about Tals. I wonder if you had two primaries that alternated fire and arcane. With SoD and FoD to boost primary AS. You could alternate elements and bring down a crazy amount of free meteors? I hope.
If that did work, there IS a way to write a macro to do it. It is something I tested on a PTR a long time ago. It was to get BotW and Dishonored Legacy to work with IK. Was it good, no, but it was an interesting experiment.
Would I do it on live, never. It is something I consider safe to test since it could bring out a bug.
as they are currently, signature skills need a 50x multiplier to make them viable against current top builds, even including mirrorball.
so no, 20x is not enough to make you drop firebirds, ET, or hydras.
Well in the case in question it’s not a matter of doing any damage with the MMs, they are just going to (theoretically) generate stacks for the set insanely fast.

looks like my reading comprehension is terrible as always… yeah, that would be pretty broken, but i’m pretty sure that they will fix that if it isn’t already.
