New monk JUSTICE set still weak and bad

Originally designed for SWEEPING WIND, and finally SW doing nothing for DPS, what a joke? Can Blizzard make the 10 more stacks of SW increase its damage?

I bet the new set designer never know the Cold rune of Tempest Rush, its stacks exploid about 0.2s after TR stop channeling, that why the most powerfull rune of TR cannot take the damage bonus of 6 set. Maybe they are too busy to do their job and have no minute to play and get familiar with this game.

Brand new COOOOOOOOOOL legendary weapon and it buff for both Cyclone Strike and Tempest Rush, however, can Blizzard make the auto activated Cyclone Strike dont trigger teleport？Currently the auto activated Cyclone Strike ruined TR, especially for lightning and cold rune.

We do not need a new set which much weaker than our old Monky King set, and even the build is almost same, yes, almost same, only except weaker.

Poor monks you are real underdogs in D3. I play sup monk myself btw. But damage -wise I like DH better for speed t16 and bounties.
