It’s mentioned in last PTR notes that basic Hydra attacks (without a rune) get a benefit from Firebird 6p bonus. But it seems that Blazing Hydra and Mammoth Hydra are not. Could you say is it intended or not?
I’ve read it may be because of damage-of-time effect. But Magic Missile - Conflagrate has this effect as well and still it works good with FB. So what’s the logic?
Besides, new FB set description mentions no exceptions. It’s just said “non-channeling fire spell”. Blazing Hydra - is a non-channeling fire spell.
Dear Blizzard, could you please post then exact list of skills that benefit from FB set and not. Now we have to guess.
