New Class Sets Ideas

Hello everyone! As you already know, Blizzard is working on new sets for every class. I thought it would be nice to throw our ideas, about what kind of sets would we like to see, around what abilities or class traits or roles.
My favorite class in every Diablo was the magic class, that was always the first class i played, so i would write about the Wizard class. Maybe i will think also about others classes in the future.

Wizard
So for the Wizards actually we have the Delsere set, focused on Slow Time, Firebird set, that is built around fire damage, than Tal Rasha’s is all about elemental mastery (and rotation) and the Vyr set is all about Archon power.

One mage archetype i like very much and i often try to play in every arpg is the Ice Mage. So i would like to see a set built all around the Ice\Cold element. It has to give as a very powerfull (ice) glass canon mage, capable to prevent damage by killing enemies first with his ice spell or at least greatly slow or hinder their movements in order to survive. So, a big crowd control factor + massive ice elemental damage.
I read some lore about Diablo’s famous mages to get some inspiration, and i found Horazon to be a very interesting one, and maybe fit for this set.
He is one of the most powerful and ancient mages from Sanctuary’s history that created a whole dimension for himself which looked very void and cold, like the space, and also one of his possessed shells in Diablo 2, The Summoner, used ice and cold attacks. He also loved to build things from stone and earth, like his sanctuary which seemed made of marble.
I would call this set
Horazon’s Glacial Armor
It should be made of stone pieces like marble, with some saphire blue gems decorations.
The set should have this bonuses:

(2) Set: Casting spells with Cold damage increase by 300% (or triplicates) all the cold spells effects like: % of slowing\chilling, time of slowing\chilling, % chance of freezing, time of freezing, ice armor dmg reduction, ice armor time of duration.

(4) Set: Enemies under chilling\slowing or freezing status take 1500% weapond damage. Also, the frozen enemies have a 35% chance to explode dealing 500% weapon damage in a radius of 10 yards.

(6) Set: For every ice explosion, you have a 50% chance to trigger a random cold rune Blizzard dealing 1500% weapon damage. If you take a fatal hit, you will be surrounded by an impenetrable Ice wall shielding you for 5 seconds from the enemies, after that your resistences and armour will rise by 300% for another 5 seconds. This effect may occur only once every 100 seconds.

Barbarian
I thought about a very defensive yet powerful set for the Barbarians to reflect better their high damage resistance and the ability to get revenge for it. So this is my idea for this new set.

Alaric’s Painless Revenge

(2) Set: Ignore Pain and War Cry gains the effect of every rune.

(4) Set: Revenge gains the runes of Provocation and Best Served Cold dealing 1500 damage. Each Revenge activation decreases by 5 seconds the cooldown of Ignore Pain.

(6) Set: Weapon Throw and Ancient Spear increase the damage by 5000% while Ignore Pain is active, and increase armor and resistances by 300% for 5 seconds after each Revenge activation.

we already got new sets forWizz, Barb, Monk, Crus and WD. but we dont have for necro and Hunter. i got idea for Necro, and maybe few new legendary items.

Legend items-
Rings
Ring of Dragon Scale ( Wizz only item) - For every head of Hydra you get 30% extra dmg. (so with new set it would be around 300%, and that would be very usefull for new seasons)

Ring of Timespace (all classes)- for every slowed/freezed/stuned monster in radius of 30 meters you get 5% extra Deff.

Ring of The Night (all classes) - you get 100% crit dmg, but you use 15% more resourses for every skill you use.

Off hands/Shileds/Phylacteries/Mojo/Quivers/Orbs

Eyenogard (wizz only) - your hydras deal 40% extra dmg per stack, you can have 4 stacks. Stacks stay for 10 seconds.

Skylark (hunter only) - Small corssbow, Elemental Arrow deals 350-500% more dmg, and gets Rune Forst Arrow.

Nevaeh (Crus only) - Fist of the Heavens deals 200-350% extra dmg, and 15-25% change to blind enemis.

Skull of Plague Legion ( Necro only) - Skeletal Mage deals 300-370% extra dmg to frozen/stuned/blinded enemis, and gets Contamination rune.

Jar of Poison ( DW only) - Your Locust Swarm decreases cooldown of Big Bad Voodoo by 2 seconds per stack, 20 stacks, the moment of using Big Bad Voodoo your stacks reset.

next time i will give some more of my ideas (most of them are for new sets), if you are intrested.

Ring of Five headed Dragon - Mammoth Hydra gets 4 more heads but it deals 50% less dmg.

New Set for Necro
Wild Legion -
(2 pieces set) You summon 14 Skieletons from Command Skeletons
(4 pieces set) Your Command Skeletons deals 600% more dmg, and your Bone Spirit deals 1200% more dmg to every enemi that your Skeletons attacked.
(6 pieces set) Your Command Skeletons deals 2000% more dmg per your skeleton, and Bone Spirit doesnt have cost or cooldown and deals 5000% more dmg.

Bracers of Beast King (all classes) - All your pets deal 400% more dmg.

Leather Belt of Kcigam - 50% to find Magick

Forzen Boots - Everytime you get dmg, you use Ice Nova in 30 meters radius, Ice Nova has 100% to freez enemis for 3 seconds.

Scythe of Dead Sea - Command Skeletons gets Rune Enforcer and deal 80-120% more dmg to frozen/blinded/stuned enemis.

Summoner’s transmutation - (Necro) you can summon 2 more golems.
(Wizz) you can summon 1 more Hydra Head.
(Barb) Call of the Ancients stays with you till end,
and gets Rune Together as One.
(WD) You can summon Locust Swarm which follows
you and attacks any enemi in 50 meters radius.
(Monk) Now you summon 2 Wave of Light.
(DH) Now all your Sentry are following you (on the
wheels)
(Cruss) Now you summon Phalanx with Rune
Stampede and are following you for 40 seconds
(cooldown increse up to 100 seconds)
( Summoner’s transmutation is Axe)
