Every BUILD can T16 you just have NO IDEA about this game and you MAIN NECRO and 2 of the Necro Sets you think cant T16. This is why people dont believe a word you say cause time and time again you consistantly proven wrong.
On top of this some of the items have changed making these speeds even faster due to power creep
