After a series of unfortunate events, I lost too many HC characters.
Upon trying to claim the rebirth mail, it didn’t show up.

I forgot to tick in Hardcore, that’s all.
Given the losses, I didn’t realize this trivial mistake, thinking that archiving the character after rebirth, it removes the mail, or some error occurred.

Well, an error did occur, just on my end :smiley:

AFAIK, season ended only on Asia Server so far. So, only Asia should have them mails.

Europe, Americas and Consoles will have season end later today.

When you Rebirth a Character:

  • You essentially “convert” a non-Season Character to a Seasonal Character.
  • Any gear that you had equipped or in your Inventory, including your Followers, does not transfer with the rebirthed Character.
  • All items in the possession of a rebirthed Character are immediately mailed back to non-Season.

Therefore, @Aphandra should be able to load their non-Season Hardcore Character and find the Mail icon in the lower left corner of their screen.


You currently have only 2 Characters on the Europe Region.

  1. Normal non-Season Wizard, Aphegon.
  2. Hardcore Seasonal Crusader, Johanna.

You will need to create a non-Season Hardcore Character to access your Fallen Hero’s in-game mail and retrieve her gear from when you rebirthed her. (I’m assuming it was your Hardcore Crusader, Johanna).
