Hi there solo player here, i need your suggestions to upgrade my build. Where should i focus?
Are we talking about your EU-DH Lemuria with N6M4?
Pretty nice Hunter, I would say. 
You may try to use Frostburn instead of Garwulf in the cube. If toughness drops too low, try some diamonds instead of emeralds. As a note: last time I checked, Frostburn was still “bugged”, meaning it actually gives you 40% more damage in this build. 
Another thing is Archery, which is a rather weak passive. You can try Steady Aim or maybe Nightstalker for even more hatred.

That is a solid Cold Hybrid. Nice job.
I like a bit of Area Damage on my Hybrids. It just takes awhile to find quad stat gloves and trifecta shoulders.

Rain of Vengeance is not much of a damage dealer in the Hybrid build so most people roll off RoV on their Slayers for a more useful stat. I’m thinking it may have been a good idea to keep RoV as it may be OP next patch :). I have a nice Primal Slayer that still has RoV so I’m hoping…
Your Templar is well geared also.
Nice job. From looking at your gems, you are clearing in the GR 114 - 115 range?
