I am running the SWK tempest rush with sunwuko build. I’m still working on a couple pieces to cube but I don’t think thats the cause of my problem. The issue I’m having is basically I’m running out of spirit no matter what I do, Epiphany and sweeping wind help but I’m still running right out of spirit and it’s making this build unusable. Damage and toughness seem fine even with missing bane of the trapped and two of the cubed items. And I’m paragon 730.
I tried SWK, gave up and went with PoJ 
Just take more resource cost reduction RCR. Corresponding to your profile u need RCR on your: shoulders, hands, ring (zodiac), second weapon
I have rcr on ring, shoulder, in helm and one wpn. In team games also on hand and first wpn for ad. Solo you neef max ad. This way its essy as heck and also on a 137 you cand tank without healer or barb for a while (3player, healer is there but i do scout for the team)
Take Air alli and no problem spirit and no need RcR
