Need help with finding a reliable hammerdin guide

I have played the Aegis set for so long I have grown tired of it. So I want to switch back to the hammerdin build. I just don’t know where to go to get the right build guide. Where do I find the right build guide for the Hammerdin build of today?

The last time I played the hammerdin was in Season 9 and had to use Sacred Harness to proc Hammer Jammers. But on the leader boards for Seeker of the Light I am seeing Captain Crimson and without Sacred Harness.

Does falling sword proc Hammer Jammers on its own due to a cc that it has that isn’t in the tool tip for Hammer Jammers?
