got email
09-27 did everything that was asked and that is it. did not recieved 2nd email or game in battle net app dont know what to contact there is no options in diablo 4 support. or that email was not a 100% that I get in?
According to Diablo IV Beta Access - Blizzard Support, all you need to do is access Battle.Net with the account that was selected. Also, probably update the client. So, if you have more than one account, use the correct login.
However, it is possible the account was selected for Alpha or a Second Beta (unlikely.)
It may have been time-limited so if you waited from the day of receipt to day of access, you may have missed your window. I am not certain on that, but if I were running things, beta access would not be “unrestricted.”
