Necromancer simulacrum spawn issues

When wearing a haunted visions amulet with the command golem skill, only 1 simulacrum spawns when activated.
Also with the command skeleton skill while initially spawning the 7 skeletons, activing the simulacrum does not spawn a simulacrum. After all skeletons have spawned, activing simulacrum will only spawn 1 simulacrum.

These bugs was seen in the adventure mode and inside a greater rift.

You only get 2 Sims if you have the Blood and Bone rune of Simulacrum. You can gain this by selecting it or by having the Masquerade set which gives all of the Simulacrum runes.
