So here is my problem. I love the necromancer but I don’t really like the new set. That’s because as an exclusive HC player I only get 50% of the benefit of the set bonus 2 and it is another bonespear focused set (which is a fail but for another topic). But I am practically forced to play this set, because the necro sets are very weak compared to other classes sets.
Why are the other sets not adapted, especially the pestilence set?
Necromancer needs an overhaul in a comming patch. Both DPS and playstyle function. And we REALLY need a bracer for damage reduction.
I think we need a bracer which gives bone armor - dislocation for free opening the other runes
I think necros DPS is fine for certain builds, they are really strong dps wise. Survivability and how it plays is different. I was never a fan of any necro play style specially coming from D2 necro to this one. Has some cool stuff but not my play style.
Now sets like Trang’s needs some DPS love as far as I have seen.
This is a bad choice to say in a democracy.
A good choice would be “I think we need a bracer…”

I use trag’s for fun with blood nova, but it’s so frustrating.
I wish they change bloodtide blade bonus for something like a stackable bonus.
I hate to be godlike in great density and a peasant before the GR guardian

I was shocked that there wasnt any buffs to damage and toughness to Necro sets. I was literally asked to leave in a public GR game when playing the Pestilence set cause apparently its the “wrong build”, I ended up being vote kicked. I can’t believe D3/Blizz allows their players to run into these negative experiences in their game. It’s sad when a player finds a very fun playstyle but ends up trashing it cause no one wants to grou up and play with you. Necro sets really needs a buff.
The LoD build is quite good.
