Challenging little build for the Wizard. Tough for me anyways, good luck to you guys. I’m not very good at Wizard so please help in the comment section.

If I remember correctly, they didn’t have a fourth Passive Skill selected either.

It’s not too bad, just keep blasting Archon. The shockwave every second does all the killing.
The Asian one is far worse.

I kited the first elite part way to the next one and then popped into archon to kill the first elite, and the second elite. After I took out those elites I took the conduit and headed towards the blue using twister to group trash and hitting with disintegrate to burn them off as conduit hit them. I killed the blue outside of archon and kited the next yellow up the map a little bit so I could get all 3 yellows in that area with archon.
When in archon I never used the beam, but instead just held down 1 so I could keep moving. On elites I used left click because it stacks quicker.

Interesting. So the random runs they pull for CR don’t really have to be recent. Lol

This was annoying to run. Had to do 3 or 4 solo attempts before I beat the original time but I managed to beat it with ~5min and top my clan’s LB in the process. Cheers for another guide Eazy.

I tried once and died right away and gave up. A friend came online and talked me into trying it. We just alternated going into archon and walked right through with plenty of time left. So much easier in a group.

All that was required to complete the Challenge Rift (CR) on my first attempt was the floor maps with elite- and pylon locations. Thanks. 
Provided that you only care about completing the CR under the time limit to collect the Cache, and not about having the fastest time on the leader board, the CR is fairly straightforward. Archon obliterates anything and everything. Therefore, use Archon to kill enemies and clear the CR, and simply find somewhere safe to hunker down while the skill is on cooldown. Rinse and repeat.
If you are not familiar with the Firebird’s set, do not even try to kill enemies with it, because you will meet a quick demise.

Played this CR last night and found it pretty easy. I have experience with Firebirds set, so when I was out of Archon I just played safe waiting for the CD to come off. Once in Archon it was go HAAM!!

Wow this one was especially bad, again almost no healing and it’s a very very glassy build when Archon is down. I never liked the Firebird’s ignite mechanic since it leads to very very large variances in toughness and damage.
I managed a 3:24 clear which is meh considering there are people that have done it in the sub 2:40 range. I guess they fished hard for the right placement and had really good projectile luck (in not dying).
I could try more but this one is even less fun than last week’s (I didn’t think it was possible).

This is a torturous build, no toughness, no healing, no mobility… and worst of all… using the FB set.
