Paragon cap is good, but too low - should be about 2k for solo.

Maybe would be better to give only +1 main stat after reaching this 800 para (leave it as it was but first position in first tab gives only +1 main stat) or +1 to all stats in sequence.
Resource draining in this new rifts is just absurd - didn’t you learn nothing from d4?
Why these new rifts at the end gives only 1 GR key no matter difficulty?
These new rifts should be more incentivizing cause now they are good only for leveling. Give more GR keys or higher chance for primal drop (cache mats are not enough).
Hide paragon + button after reaching max para.
Move speed can’t go like this - should be like earlier 50 points.

In average I get like 2-3 floors with rift guardians, all of them drop at least one GR key for me.
Actually, while leveling if you run into some of the worse affixes, Fissures will drag you down (but the amount of loot in them might balance that out)

Maybe i had bad luck, but i had one rift guardians floor every other Fissure.
Also sometimes Fissure have only 1-2 floors - i think min 3 would be good idea.
