Bounty from Edira don’t bound to my season cha, it turned to a yellow potion in Edira mission only. And my pets and wings went missing, only purchase ones are here, I’m just back for season 32.
If previously unlocked pets and wings are missing, pls check out that you are playing on the same region (assuming you are on PC) where you unlocked them. I see you have characters on both Americas and Asia servers.
Potion within Challenge Rift is not the reward.
If you finish a Challenge Rift before you create a seasonal hero, sometimes you can’t get the reward on a seasonal hero. Check if the Challenge rift reward is available for a non-seasonal character.

Are you checking for these things while still in Challenge Rift Mode?
If so, you need to change Game Settings back to Adventure Mode. Select your Seasonal Character, enter the game and check again.
If this is the case, it is NOT a bug.

I encounter the same issue. While 1 week ago and the week before, I gained Edira’s reward with no problem on my seasonal character.
This time, my seasonal hero can’t get the cache, but my non seasonal get it… I don’t understand why on this week my seasonal can’t receive the cache.
Are you and @Yohtb playing on console by any chance?

OK, here’s the deal.
My “main” seasonal character is on “seasonal solo” mode.
I created a “Seasonal” normal mode hero and Edira’s cache appears in mail.
So, seems to be an issue with “Seasonal Solo” mode. But I don’t understand why weeks ago I was able to get 2 challenge rift Caches with this character. 
If I’m not mistaken, you can earn only 1 Challenge Rift Cache each week. On any Game Mode.
I see you’re playing on 1 Region, the Europe Region. So, I would guess that you may be remembering collecting a Cache from 1 week and collecting the 2nd Cache just after a new Challenge Rift had gone live.
Maybe it’s that, maybe not because but the first challenge rift I played on this season was friday or sunday, second on Tuesday and I was able to get both of the caches. Though, I used do play a lot last year, and it never was a problem with 3 or 2 days apart.
Could the game system has changed ?
Challenge rifts reset on late Monday/early Tuesday, so you managed to get 2 different weeks of rewards with one over the weekend and the other one on Tuesday.
They last for a week.

Then that confirms it. You collected 2 different Caches from 2 different Challenge Rifts.
As @MadTom stated, Challenge Rifts change every Monday at 1:00 PM PDT on the Americas Region. Or every Tuesday at 4:00 AM CEST on the Europe Region.

I know. But I have done this by the past, and it never was a problem.
I am well aware of the reset times for the challenge rifts. But from one day to another, it’s a problem after months (years?) to do the same.

Yes, I know. But as I said, it the first time I can’t get two challenge rift caches this way, as I have already did it before without encountering any issue.
