My account not found anymore since yesterday

Since yesterday morning i still can play diablo 3 with my necroman but in the afternoon, i can’t login because my account is not found anymore. Kindly help me please.

Forum can’t handle account-related issues because that may involve personal details. Please input a ticket via the support webpage.

Don’t disclose your personal details (e.g. email address) on a public forum like this. You should remove the info on your post by editing it (the pencil tool :pencil2: ).

Did you double check that you are in the right region? On the launcher there is the small globe icon. Click on it to make sure that you are in the right region.

P.S. I was not able to find characters on ZDeathZ account in US, EU, or AS regions, so I assume that you are talking about potentially another account.

I’ve gone ahead and removed the personal information from the initial post. It looks like this account is empty, so it’s likely that Diablo III is on another account and not a regional issue.

I played in sever america and im pretty sure that i correct the detail for logging in.

And… please… remove your e-mail from the forum… for your own sake. The forum is public and anyone with internet access can read what you wrote. Blizzard has your e-mail on file; they can fetch it as needed.

You will need to provide some ID to prove that you are the account holder. There is a list of what ID are acceptable here:

Provide as much information as you can… your battletag and your name and photo ID may be sufficient… I do not know. If you bought the game in a store and still have the authentication code, that would be helpful as well.

Response time may be a bit slower than normal… it is the weekend and, with COVID-19, things are slower than usual.
