Multishot bug in normal mode i.e. not seasonal

Multishot firing exploding orbs not arrows. Have not been able to fix this even after resetting skills. Not an item or power issue, have reset both. Closing the game does not fix this. Works fine on my seasonal Demon Hunter.

So I found a bug on Diablo IV ps5 my character name keeps getting changed every time I visit shop I had my character name as sock originally. I’m still playing through the story on stream though but I’m a little upset I can’t keep my character names
