Counter argument is that feature would destroy FFA design. For example. Ladder just started everyone is rushing to get XP for ladder. Upgrades would be nice but I need to level. So I will join a xp game and do 19Diablo clears + baal kills in one hour. Do I A. join a game with FFA loot an probably not get anything cause my inventory is full of charms and in order to click extremely fast I don’t always get to pick what i click on I just spam click. Or do I B. Join a game with ploot an just focus on clearing as fast as possible cause I know if anything that drops for is me good nobody can take it I can literally ignore loot completely unless its a great drop an take my loot. You have just successfully changed the meta by making 1 mode far superior by making it a easier way to obtain items. Thus reducing the challenge of the game even more an reducing the faithfulness of the remaster.
