it happen quite often (9/10) that house is not reaction in the middle right of the screen. Therefore I can’t access season progression in the startup-up screen, change difficulty panel (from xx to VI --> VII to …) access the details for my hero when opening the inventory or accessing the first line in the inventory. And the hero is not moving correctly when i click the mouse is in that area.

Try switching to other video mode: Fullscreen, Windowed, Windowed(Fullscreen)
Hello,
I find the culprit: it’s a message telling bout connecting to the XBox that comes behind the game. If a switch to the main screen (alt-tab) I see the message and it diapers. Then the game is working correctly. I don’t know what is this thing exactly, but it only show itself when I start Diablo III.
I guess it is Game/Xbox DVR, try disabling it. The detailed procedure can be found here:
