Mouse cursor is missing?

yes i have uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times same thing every time i see no mouse cursor on ptr!!!

Hi,

Have you tried to override high DPI scaling behaviour by using the steps given in the first part of Mouse Pointer Invisible - Blizzard Support, but instead of making the changes on your normal game EXE, make the change on the PTR version.

The default folders are as follows:

  • Live version (Season 25) : C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III
  • PTR version (Season 26) : C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III Public Test

For example, if you launch Diablo III in 64-bit mode, you will want to change the properties of Diablo III64.exe which is, by default, located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III Public Test\x64 folder.
