Have a question, Does having more attack speed make tempest rush stacks go up faster?
I dont think so. It is a damage multiplier for the build, but it also increases your respurce cost. For PoJ adding attack speed is fine, you will probably have problems with SWK though.

One of my favorite classes. I have played it a lot. As far as I can tell attach speed does not seem to have much effect. Just my non scientific observation though. I am going to guess a lot of other factors matter more.
I ALSO USE TEMBEST AND SWEEPING BUILD,SUN WUKO IS OK INNA IS OK BUT ops cap i finfd my monk tempest/sweeping stavked w setbonuses.
It does seem to help with building snow flurry stacks or the procurement of mystic allies but at the cost of higher spirit spending, which can be good, but also tends to suck. Even with permanent sweeping wind/epiphany.
