Kyoshiro’s Blade recive a buff with this patch, but not have sense.
LoD monk is just the most power monk build, why you buff it again?
I think ther is other build that need some buff if you wont to balance the monk build and set.
While the big damage buff is now easier to proc, they also removed the 150% base damage. So overall it’s a nerf.
