Hello I am playing Diablo 3 reaper of souls ultimate evil edition and I just got my full innas but even with the full set bonuses I am not getting the extra Allies like I should be what am I doing wrong or can someone tell me why it’s not working?
I can’t see your profile. Do you have Crudest Boots equipped or in Cube?

No is that what makes me have them all
Allies multiply when you hit enemies. They don’t show up automatically. Boots are needed for that build.
I suggest consulting a build guide on Maxroll or Icy-Veins.
This is not a help forum and I doubt that Inna set is bugged.

Because shouldn’t I have even 5 without the boots
Without the boots you have one, until you start hitting enemies.
With the boots, you have two, until you start hitting enemies.
Are you thinking of how the Old Inna set worked? It doesn’t play like that now.
The old set gave one of each of the Ally runes and the Boots doubled them.
Now you only get the passive abilities of the 5 allies and only the one you have chosen gets multiplied and activated.
