There is no modded gear on PC. I suggest you ask in Console Discussion.

You’re aware that modded gear is cheating, right, i.e. you’re asking for advice about how to do something that is a breach of the terms of the End User License Agreement, on the developer’s own forums…
I suggest you delete your post, and stop cheating.
