Mobs 1 HP left and will not die

I am noticing that when running greater rifts on my LOD Mammoth Hydra Wizard sometimes mobs reach 1 hp and will not die. I can even leave them and come back and they will still be stuck at 1 hp. It will be registering damage to them but the group of mobs will still stay at 1 hp.

Happened to me today too, really annoying when it happens to an elite.
