Urshi is beautiful and magical
But what’s her story?
I hope to see her story fleshed out…maybe in a patch or something.
Perhaps Urshi is Covetous Shen’s long dead great-grandma, the matriarch of gemcrafting.
While Urshi came down gracefully like a beautiful leaf from the family tree and landed on a beautiful flower, Covetous isn’t as lucky, as so far he has hit almost every ugly branch on his journey down and is headed for a big pile of doo-doo.

Maybe they can explain her dementia, since she has to introduce herself to me every time I go to upgrade gems.

All we know so far is:
Urshi is an Ancient Nephalem spirit who once served her kind in ages past. When the champions of that era proved themselves, she would improve their Gems. Now, she offers these same services to the Nephalem.

It would be hilarious to see more lore from her and the devs took the oportunity to have some jabs at PoE’s skill gem system, refering to some ‘gemlings’ in a disdainful tone or something.
