Mistake CE-34878-0

Hello together,
i need some help with this topic.
Everytime i want to enter the dungeon [Gärten der Hoffnung - Ebene 1] Act 4 the playstation shut down and the mistake CE-34878-0 occures. Sony has no solution for this.

Is here anybody with the same problem?
I already did all the information from the internet like initalising the ps4, changing the language etc. etc. but nothing helps.

It’s not just on console. Since patch 2.6.10 was released there are a number of game locations which cause the game to terminate when you enter them. Add your crash details to this thread…

Thanks for the information.
I don´t have crash details i only get the error code CE-34878-0.
Is there a timeline or any information when this error will be repaired?

No, but I sure hope they find a fix for it in time for the normal Tuesday “patching to live” window so that it gets resolved before Season 22 starts, because this bug would affect people trying to run a bounty for killing Belial, and the Conquest for running the Campaign in under an hour.
