Reaper of Souls Collector’s Edition helm and weapon transmogs are missing after season start for the current season. The same thing happened the last 1 or 2 seasons aswell. Whats up with that? I’d like to use my transmog items…
I have been seeing the same issue, until tonight. They just returned today, and were not available at all prior to that in Season 36 (as well as previously), including last night.

I just got mine too, on the Americas Region. So, I checked Europe and Asia Regions. I got them there as well.
