Bought RoS expansion but missing the 2 stash tabs that are suppose to come with it, posting here as it says to file bug report for it.

Well, this is a first; I think this is actually a bug this time.
How long ago did you buy RoS?
Edit: The tabs you get from RoS are unlockable with gold, so they just need to be purchased.

It is possible that it might need a few days to show up. There is a delay on many other things when first purchasing a new account, and this might be another thing that just has a delay.
Post back in 3-4 days if it does not automatically show up for you.

Keep in mind, that RoS will add only one stash tab for you, and will give you ability to purchase another one with gold.
Been a while, but you still have to buy them, right? Your screenshot shows ability to purchase more tabs - how many does it allow you to purchase?

Here (official Blizzard page) it says you’re suppose to get 1 free, and one that can be purchased though. Don’t want to spend gold on finding out how many I can actually get yet as it states 1 should be free too, Not that they’re too expensive in game just that if I paid for something I’d like actually get what’s purchased

Just to be clear, that screenshot was not needed. (But, doesn’t hurt). Upgrading to Deluxe does not give you Stash Tabs.
As others pointed out, this screenshot:
shows you still need to purchase some of your Stash Tabs with in-game Gold. The first Tab is free. The subsequent Stash Tabs cost:

You didn’t mention if you purchased the Necromancer Pack. So, the following 2 paragraphs may not apply.
It seems that you are currently missing the 2 Stash Tabs you should have received from the Necromancer Pack. As others said, first exit the game. Then, close the Battle․net App. Restart the App and run D3. Check that you have 8 Stash Tabs.
If that didn’t work, you may have to wait up to 72 hours from your Necro purchase for your items to appear.

Not a bug. Those 2 stash tabs need to be bought with gold… 400k gold & 500k gold to be exact.
With Base + RoS… you get only 1 stash tab when the season starts in a new account. With time, when you reach at least Conqueror, you will get more.
There is no evidence that he did purchase the Necro… he says he bought RoS.
The Necro would be a separate purchase.
That’s what I am thinking. The screenshot shows that they haven’t even purchased the 2nd slot from the base game, much less all 4 + 2 from RoS. They didn’t say whether they have Necro pack, which would give 2 free ones.
I don’t think this is a bug, just player misunderstanding.
Good point. And… my bad. I saw it listed in the left panel of the 3rd screenshot and jumped to conclusions.
Which means @GibsonAxe already has access to ALL his current Stash Tabs.
Ahh I see, the table came from the Blizzard support site btw which is why it led me to believe that you actually got 1 free from RoS.

Blizzard may have meant something else… when you get Diabo III base + RoS, you have 1 free stash tab plus 5 purchasable tabs.
So there is a free stash tab.
I did find the Support note where you took that table – the information provided in that note is wrong.  
But no… if you upgrade from Base to RoS, you gain “only” 2 purchasable tabs (plus all the other things like lvl 70, Adventure mode, rifts and all the end game stuff, etc…).

Glad the misunderstanding was cleared up. Once you have the game somewhat figured out (I know 2 days is a short time), maybe dip your toes into the Season and earn another tab - that one truly is free, if you complete the tasks required. Also get other perks like a full armor set, portrait frame, wings, etc. This season is especially fun with the season theme. Do some reading on it and maybe check it out? I think you’ll enjoy it. Heck, some of us might even jump in and lend a hand if needed.

Yeah, I had not considered that. I was thinking back to when I first start the season, and I have my tabs available, but those are from the seasons, not from RoS.
