Missing Season 29 cosmetic rewards I had equipped

I just logged into Diablo 3 to play season 31 and my last seasonal character from season 29 who previously had the galactic wings, the mad king portrait frame and the quoth pet equipped and turns out both of those items are missing along with the “old growth” pet I also collected and equipped. I know I got them because I spent SO long finishing this season since it was the one right after the altar of rights and didn’t have one. Please! Is there someway to restore these rewards that I worked so hard to get? Why did they vanish?

With that same account you use here to post? Because there is no profile to be found in any of the server regions nor does Google or Bing find anything else but this post here using “Art3mis2898” as query… Which I find quite “impressive” while normally both search engines give you gazillions of hits including only some less than gazillions which really have the info one is looking for…
