I completed all the required chapters for the season 17 pet and portrait frame, but they are both missing on my account. I had the pet equipped on a character during the season - I am just getting back on for the new season and noticed the missing items. I am also having an issue where I occasionally need to uninstall and reinstall my Necromancer pack. Despite my Xbox One showing it installed, the game does not recognize that I have it.
