I have the eternal collection but it is telling me i have to purchase the class
Hey SharpWar,
I looked at the Battle.net account that you’re posting from but I’m not seeing the Eternal Collection being purchased for PC. It shows you have both original Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls but the Necromancer add-on has not been purchased for PC.
If you were referring to a copy of the game that you have on PS4 or something like that, it may not show the Necromancer available for play if you previously had the game installed before upgrading to the Eternal Collection. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
Hope this helps.
I am showing that i have purchase the PC version of Eternal Collection. The only thing i am able to purchase is the upgrade to Digital Deluxe Edition.
Hey SharpWar,
In this case, it would be best to create a support ticket so we can get this investigated.
This is a store display issue. This is what I see when I look at the store…
http://ximg.co.uk/images/2019/08/22/d3_store_eternal_edition.jpg
The store thinks I’ve purchased…
Eternal Collection (D3+ROS+NecroDLC)
Battle Chest (D3+ROS)
ROS
ROS Digital Deluxe
D3
However, what I actually purchased over the years, and in this order was…
D3
ROS
Necro DLC
ROS Digital Deluxe (upgrade)
In other words, at no point did I buy the Battle Chest or the Eternal Collection and the default store interface doesn’t even show the Necromancer DLC as being an option.
Here’s an easy way to check if you’ve actually got the Necro DLC…
…if you do, it’ll say “You already have this item”
