i just completed challenge rift and opened the chest and collected the items but they are not in my inventory,even tho visualy its empty my charecter says inventory is full
The CRift cache only contains shared materials, so there’s nothing that goes into character’s inventory.
For the full inventory notification, you’re likely at the maximum number of Blood Shards. You need to spend some to pick up more.
Neither of those are bugs. If you’re having trouble understanding how something works, it would be better to post questions in the General Discussion forum or New Player Help forum, rather than posting it as a bug.

Missing gift for second season character. I received the first but not for second. I tried everything the ticket system told me to do. They told to report it as a bug to resolve the issue.

Haedrig’s three gifts are only given once per season per game mode (I’m not sure about SSF). So what you’re experiencing is not a bug.
