Missing gem from stash

I’ can’t find my gem(Bane of the powerful) anywhere, it’s not socketed in any gear and it’s not in the stash or inventory either. I can level the gem at the end of GR but can’t find it. any help? Thanks.

If Urshi saw it, no bugs. It must be somewhere (order of Urshi’s list):

• inventory
• equipped by your hero
• stash
• equipped by followers

4. Cannot find Legendary Gem but can upgrade it at Urshi.
   If Urshi can see the gem and you can upgrade it, it exists somewhere. Most likely it can be in one of your follower’s slots is a common hiding place. You can search for the gem by placing a different legendary gem in the top left slot of each stash page then clearing a GR. Note which gem is directly to the left of the missing gem and go to that stash page and the gem is somewhere on that page. If its on an end then its either in your inventory or on your follower.

negative, i have checked all of my followers, only one has gear on and it’s not there. checked all the stash tabs and inventory. i just can’t find it

You have one Seasonal Demon Hunter on the Europe Region. Neither he nor his Followers have it equipped.

Then, IT’S IN YOUR STASH.

Open your Stash and mouse-over all the Jewelry (Rings and Amulets) until you find it. (If you have any Jewelry in your Inventory, check those too).

Yup, very likely in your stash, socketed in a amulet or a ring.
