Click on the red pentagram on the map when you teleport to the area you need to walk over to the left side of the fountain to see the DoT portal. When you enter the portal everything will convert to the retro look. If you do not have the pentagram on the map something is wrong.

The portal is only available in Adventure Mode.
If the OP is in Campaign Mode they won’t see it.
Can’t see an armoury profile for the OP so can’t see if they have ROS or not.

I am not sure what his issue might be because he never responded. Maybe he figured it out.
