Hello good people!
So i just downloaded Diablo 3 after a year or so and there is something wrong. All my heroes are missing. And no, they are not on different region. I dont know if its a bug or someone hacked me and deleted all my characters. I am pretty upset about this cuz i had some cool stuff and dont watn to start all over again. Can someone tell me how should i proceed?

Are you sure you are using the correct e-mail to log into BattleNet ? You need to use the same e-mail that you were using when you registered your account.
If you cannot remember what that e-mail (and/or password) was, or if you cannot solve the issue, you will need to contact Blizzard Support and see what they can do for you.

Oh… it was on another account. I dont know why didnt i try to switch accounts at first. Thanks for help and sorry for this inconvenience.
