You mean that you are missing characters besides the 11 that can be seen on your profile?

Make sure you are logging into the the correct Region. You can change regions using the drop down near the Play button.

17) Help, My Characters are Missing
Make sure you are in the correct region where your characters are. In the launcher there is an option to choose what region you want to play in. Characters are only part of the region they are created in (A Europe Character will only be in the Europe region, not in the NA region).

Your heroes are on the US server region…

Meanwhile my battletag was changed from Blizzard Mayfil#2190, to Battle.net Meyfil#21512. I bought and played Diablo III from Day1 and i had a full list of characters all full cap level (My Demon Hunter was 500 Paragon Level). Today i downloaded it again after 2 years ago and there isn’t NOTHING. I lost EVERYTHING, i bought the first expansion for the crusade and it tells me to update. WTF

Hello, I have the same problem, I bought the game when the game first came out and made a nice character. When I log in, there is a level 1 demon hunter on the European server and I have no progress.

the same problem as who ? The original post was in Feb 2021… more than 2 years ago.

As far as @Anon goes… his issue was a Diablo IV issue.

If your issue is on Diablo III, start a new topic and describe the problem.
If it’s on Diablo IV, then use the Diablo IV forums.
