Missing Account

Hi, I purchased the Diablo III in 12 Juni 2012 with order (deleted). Now I just try to log in after several years inactive but found that my account was missing. Now i recreate a new account with the same email I used. Is there any way I could restore my purchase and use that in my account? It’s not me who delete my account since I just left it untouched. I still keep the purchase receipt within my email for proof. I would be very glad if it could.

The license was bounded to your original account (email address). How could you recreate the account with same email?

I don’t know how this happened, I just try to recreate account using the same email that my old account and it works like it’s never been used. May be the old account was erased due to inactivity or something, I just don’t know.
Anyway, thank you for the remark, I deleted my purchase order on the post and already try to contact the game master. Hope this end well.
