Hey guys, not sure what’s going on but hubby and I bought the Eternal Collection, and I am missing a Jeweller merchant in town? There is one showing up on hubby’s system, but not on mine. Has anyone else come across this?
Are you playing the Campaign? Season?

Hi VitaKaninen, just playing normal campaign mode. The jeweller isn’t present both in the private “party” game with hubby, nor in my individual campaign game.
You’ll encounter the jeweler in Act II quest 7 “Blood and Sand” of the campaign.
After that, you’ll get your jeweler.
Same way to get the mystic. Act V, quest 2 “Souls of the dead”.

Hi Strix, thanks for that! So I’m guessing hubby must have the Jeweller in the first town because he is up to Act III in his solo campaign and I’m only just entering Act II?

Exactly so. The availability of the artisans in Campaign Mode is tied to whether you’ve completed the parts of the campaign that unlock them.
This is not a bug.
Oh, and in Adventure Mode (available after you’ve completed the campaign) all three artisans are available in town as soon as you start a game.
(The edit was because I initially wrote merchants, when I meant artisans)
