Happened when I went back in town during the S21 seasonal buff, then rollover the buff icon (the fist)

The reason is that this icon and its description are new in this mid-PTR patch. The localization for non-English languages are not ready yet. You should find the descriptions of the new sets are outdated too. At the mean time, refer to English descriptions.
