I have completed around 4 set dungeons and at master level. Yesterday before quitting D3, i have around 4 completed. Wanted to completed another today but found that it had been reset. But problem is that if its reset, then why was my Unhollowed Essence set dungeon was marked completed without me doing anything?

In other words, it’s recorded your set dungeon masteries, even if the tickboxes don’t reflect this. Once you’ve done eight of them, you’ll get your conquest.
There are things worse than death, and doing eight set dungeons would be one of them.
