Mana Regen VS Intelligence

I have come across a conundrum and would like some clarification.
I have rolled a Sacred Harvester and it has rolled as such
1560-1930 damage
849 Intelligence
Attack speed 6%
Mana regen 12.00 per second
And I used a gift to socket it.

Do I roll off Intelligence or Mana Regen
Does the 5x the % of mana regen from the set bonus outweigh the 849 Int?

Roll the mana regen for 10% damage

Definitely stick with intelligence and roll off the Mana regen. You don’t need it on any of your gear for the spirit barrage build. That mana regen you get from skills, passives, is enough. During the first days of the ptr of the season 20 the damage used to scale solely on mana regen but now they added a fixed value to your spirit barrage damage so you don’t need to worry about that.
