I found that if i power cycle my router and restart my pc it fixed it. maybe you should make a post about it since blues not posting anything. I did make a thread though

done around 24 t16 bounty games now. ever now and then i get the error but i can just click again and get into a game

I kept having this problem for 3 days where i couldnt join a public T16 game. I saw the reply SilentThreat made about power cycling his router and restarted PC that fixed it for him.
What i did was disabled my network card, and rebooted my switch on my desk that goes to the router and now i am able to join T16 public games again.

Cycling doesnā€™t fix the issue. I would doubt blizzard ever addresses it, time for a game thatā€™s supported.

So Iā€™ve found that you can brute force the error message by just joining again and again. Usually takes 2-4 tries for me, but I can get it at least.

Just some tidbits Iā€™ve found elsewhere looking for historical reports on this error.

ā€œError 24000 ā€“ Once logged in you may run into this error when attempting to start a game. Weā€™re aware and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.ā€

i have also had some success doing it this way. it doesnā€™t always work but have been able to do t16 bounties.

Soon after I made that post I was able to get into t16 public games. It was taking a few join attempts but it was something.

The lack of devs putting information out here is what I think is pissing people off :man_shrugging:
