I have been trying to get into the game for the past 30 minutes only to find out a bunch of people have the same problem. This is ridiculous!
The game is stuck on “waiting…” after i select update.

The forums require authentication too. If they can’t log into the forums, they could still update Twitter, I guess. I’ve just been drinking a nice hot cup of tea and reading the forums whilst waiting for them to fix it. They’ve got just over an hour until season’s due to start on EU.

Well, I just thought, let’s play LOTRO a bit instead. But I can’t log in that game either, first time in 12yrs, and the server is up. Something to do with the windows update yesterday perhaps?

Dont bouther 2 try and fix it yourself. I allready tried everything that was out there. IF HOWEVER you have the latest patch you shod be able 2 lauch the game without going throu the Blizzard game. Simply go 2 your D3 Folder mate a shortcut for the D3 game (not D3 launcher) then go into properties and ad a “- launch” at the end. Im not sure if it works cause i didnt have the latest patch and it kickes me out into the app but hey…Try it and tell ppl if its a solution.
