I am running a WW rend with the Captain Crimson variation on season. I finally got an ancient BK but of course it has both LPFS and LPH. I have not played D3 in a long time and was wondering which is now considered the best healing between the 2 if there is even a clear choice now.

Neither is a good affix, though for Rend, Life per Hit is technically better. Still, the optimized Rend build (see the stickied guide in this forum) takes neither stat as they are inferior to other means of healing.
Be aware that while the BK swords are good for speed-farming T16, they aren’t used when pushing solo Greater Rifts.

Well, the BK weapons can be used for GR110+, too. I did GR115 in 6:18 with Crimson and BK swords on my main account’s WW barb.
