I grind rainbow goblins in season 18 and found spectrum sword on the season. I could use it in the 19th season as well but i start new seasonal character on season 23 but cant find my spectrum transmog. Is there anything i can do about it. Thanks in advance.
Transmogs don’t transfer to seasons. You must have re-farmed it in season 19 to have used it then.
It would be nice if there were some consistency in regards to xmogs.
Spectrum must be farmed each season, but things like Mace of the crows does not.
Not sure what is the difference.

I didint farm it on season 19 it just came from season18. Spectrum transmog is legendary transmog it should be available on this season too 
You would be the first I’ve heard of to have it transfer across seasons.
